Welcome to... The Priorities Method
Hi, I'm Lily, founder of The Priorities Method and I'd love to tell you a bit more about it...
So TPM is the result of many years of coaching and researching and thinking and working out what I believe is a good approach life. It's definitely not the only way, it's just the one I've landed on.
Priorities are, obviously, at the heart of this approach. They are you inner compass, the ground beneath your feet, the base from which your entire life can be built and lived. I believe that by getting really clear on them, life becomes easier to navigate.
If I had to boil TPM down to one sentence it would be something like: focus on who you want to be instead of what you want to achieve. Using TPM, you still set goals as you would with any coaching method, but you also do some really deep thinking about why certain goals are important to you and how to achieve them without losing your sense of self.
So, a (pretty big) question to ask yourself today: who do you want to be?
