Delivery 

Standard UK Mainland Delivery: £1.99 – Royal Mail 48 (2-3 working days). 

Standard UK Mainland DPD Next Day Delivery: £9 – for orders placed before 3pm.

Standard North America (United States + Canada): £13.99 (3-17 working days) 

We currently only ship to Europe and Internationally for corporate and wholesale orders, please get in touch in if you're interested in hearing more.

Returns

You may return any un-used and un-personalised product for a full refund within 30 days of the date you physically receive the merchandise. We are a small UK based business, and to protect our margins and maintain our current pricing, we need to pass on the cost that our distribution centre charges us for processing any return. This amounts to £2.50.

All items must be returned in their original, new condition, complete with packaging and contents. We’ll let you know when we’ve received your items and issue a refund to your original payment method, minus £2.50 (this can take 5-10 working days, depending on your bank). Please note that shipping and processing fees cannot be refunded.

When returning products, ensure you pack your shipment securely. We recommend returning items via recorded mail to ensure your protection.
