A letter from our founder

Hi, I’m Lily. I’m a qualified life and mindset coach (plus journalist/podcaster/consultant – I like to keep my options open.)

I created The Priorities Method™ after realising the life-changing power of putting priorities at the forefront of all of my coaching.

Whether it's prioritising more helpful thoughts to lower stress levels and prevent burnout, better behaviours to improve health, or putting your priorities first so that you can achieve your goals and dreams, TPM is the best way to build sustainable, lasting change while allowing for the complexity of life.

By getting really clear on what's important to you – i.e. your priorities – you can define your own version of success by cutting through the noise of our fast-paced world and creating a life that leaves enough time and energy for the people and stuff that truly matters matters to you.

My aim for The Priorities Method is for it to become more than just a journal, workshop or event. I want to create a community that recognises the chaos of living (maybe even creates it sometimes?) but still knows that, within that, it’s possible to build a life you love. It won’t be perfect, but it will be yours.
